Nike+ Ipod Nano
My wife, my mom and I got together on Saturday for breakfast (biscuits & gravy at Screendoor) and a day of CD shopping.
We had a blast! We hit three different shops and made quite the haul.
If that wasn't enough, they also surprised me with an early birthday present - an 8gb iPod Nano along with the Nike+ running kit and a wristband.
I already have two iPods, but the 40gb Photo is way too bulky and although the Mini is light, it isn't compatible with the Nike+ kit.
The rest of my weekend was a bit hectic - so I didn't get a chance to put more than just a few miles in, but I can already tell I'm going to love this nifty device. It tracks (both on-screen and via my headphones) my distance, pace and calories burned. And when I get back home I can upload the data to the Nike+ website and graph out my progress. This is going to be quite the motivational tool!
I owe them both a HUGE thank you. It is an amazing gift!
